1. The Aggregator Agreement
By accessing DigitalCartz.online, you agree to use our platform as a technical “Hub” for connecting with third-party payment providers. DigitalCartz is a service provider only; we are not a bank, gateway, or money transmitter.
2. No Wallet / No Fund Handling Policy
DigitalCartz does not provide, manage, or host digital wallets.
- We do not touch, hold, or process your transaction funds.
- Our role is strictly to provide the technical “bridge” (redirection) to authorized third-party gateways.
- All financial disputes regarding processed payments must be handled directly with the chosen gateway provider.
3. Professional Service Fees
- Nature of the Fee: We charge a Service Fee for the technical aggregation, vetting, and routing provided through our hub.
- Pricing Confidentiality: To maintain market agility, our latest prices are not public. You must contact our team for a custom quote.
- Non-Refundable: Once the “bridge” is provided or the introduction to the gateway is facilitated, the service is considered delivered, and the fee is non-refundable.
4. Third-Party Onboarding
DigitalCartz provides the connection, but the third-party gateway retains the final right to approve or reject your merchant account based on their own compliance standards.
