Cancellation Policy

At DigitalCartz, we provide high-speed technical aggregation. Because our value lies in the immediate delivery of a “Digital Bridge” and a curated network, our cancellation policy is designed for efficiency.

1. Service Fee Non-Refundability

DigitalCartz charges a professional service fee for the technical routing and vetting required to connect your business with third-party gateways.

  • Once the Secure Bridge (redirection or documentation) has been delivered or the introduction to the gateway provider has been facilitated, the service is considered fully rendered.
  • At this stage, the Service Fee is non-refundable, as the intellectual and technical value of the “Hub” has been utilized.

2. Pre-Connection Cancellation

If you have paid a Service Fee but the connection/bridge has not yet been initiated by our technical team, you may request a cancellation within 12 hours of payment for a refund (minus a 10% administrative processing fee).

3. Third-Party Rejection

DigitalCartz acts as the aggregator, not the decision-maker. If the third-party gateway provider rejects your merchant application based on your business model or compliance failure, our Service Fee remains non-refundable, as the work of bridging and vetting was successfully completed by our hub.
